Buffalo Trace Bourbon Dinner

Join us at Swizzle Dinner & Drinks for an unforgettable evening celebrating the bold, timeless flavors of Buffalo Trace and E.H. Taylor bourbons—paired with an inspired five-course tasting menu.
Each course is carefully crafted to complement a different expression from the Buffalo Trace collection, including E.H. Taylor Small Batch, Rye, Single Barrel, and Barrel Strength. Highlights include cast iron-seared lamb meatballs, duck breast with cranberry compote, and braised short rib with fig red wine reduction—finished with a warm blueberry oat clafouti and vanilla ice cream. All of this, enjoyed with sweeping views of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River from our signature revolving dining room.
